But as you can see in the pics, cam has no pitting or grooving and is great condition considering mileage. Engine oil was changed with Mobil 1 all of its life at recommended or sooner intervals. This is a used Mercedes cat# camshaft out of my 2012 S550 4 mastic 4.6L M278 engine. Mileage at time of removal was 191k.

I replaced the engine with a new one as my pistons were shot. Its the right intake camshaft.
