Fits Datsun 240Z, 260Z, 280Z, l2. Dont would never tell the duration of his Cams. This Cam needs a spray bar.

It also makes a great vintage race Cam and very hot street. 8hp to the rear wheels in a 12 1 motor with 39 chokes. His Cams had very fast opening speeds ramps. Dont designed and ground his own Cam shafts.

This Camshaft grind, in a 1770cc 4cyl motor, put out, l3. There may be slight imperfections on the journals, but this does not effect performance of Cam. I personally have this Cam in my motor and other fellow racers using it.

Anyone who has run dons Cams and equipment, have raved about the power. Randy Welsh won 3 solo national championships running dons Cams and motor parts in his Datsun 510 the mid 80's. Dont studied Camshaft design under ed sectarian and Harvey crane.

He was very secretive about his Cams and Cam designs. New Datsun race street copy of a dont potter Camshaft. On the same Dino, a 14 to 1 rebel motor with 43 chokes 1839cc 4cyl put out 191hp at higher rpm.

Because demand is so high for this Cam, I had a master copy made and new regrind. It took me 12 years to get my hands on one of his Camshafts and that was because he passed away I bought these from widow. His biggest influence was john belong.

Randy Welsh won 3 solo championships with this grind. This specific grind is a copy of dons national championship auto cross Cam. The lift is this largest Cam I am offering at time. This one item helps these Cams perform beyond other.

It is a great short road course Cam. If your the lucky winner, I will let you know duration. His Camshafts put out more power then similar Cams with the same lift and duration.

For those of you who do not know dont potter is, he was the Datsun guru in late 70s into 80's.
