Sprint grind has .438-inch lift and 244 degrees of duration. Standard grind had .400-inch lift and 228 degrees of duration. This cam is so clean that you can still see lots of the dark colored Pauperizing on many lobes and the journals show no scuffing at all. A factory Pontiac Sprint4 barrel cam removed from a very low mileage Engine that eventually got buildup.

A good used Sprint cam is a rare find much less one in of shape. NONE of the lobes show ANY wear. These Sprint cams 215 HP were definitely different grind then the standard engine.
