The part numbers are AL4033 0822A. This is a used camshaft with very little miles on it. It came out of a remanufactured engine. This is a 5.7 liter camshaft that works WITH MDS and VARIABLE CAM TIMING engines.
I'm guessing an ATK engine because the part numbers come up as a Mexican company called Tacoma that sells these Moresa camshafts. This cam fits the Eagle Gen 3 Hem from 2009 and up. You can see this engraved in the snout of camshaft. Maybe 500 miles.
