This fits Mazdaspeed 6, 3, and Mazda CX-7 with a 3l Turbocharged engine. The images are actual part your will receive. The VT actuator is included with cam and moves smooth without any binding.
It does have minimal scoring detailed in the images, but not affect camshafts performance.
