There are no issues with lobe hardness, you can easily see the depth of heat-treat line, on each lobe, your eye, Cam info is in pictures. Lobes are easy very on the valve train. Selling my Billet Erson Regrind on an OE Roller Cam. It has a nice idle with great provability, even in little 9:1 305.

Grind #: RH-288-1 Duration: 219/219 0.050in Lift: 0.480 / with 1.5 Rockers, LSA: 110 ICL: 110, I ran this cam in my 305 for a bit see idle vied before pulled the engine and built 357 it. Will tame up the idle a lot. Being a factory GM cam core, it can be safely run with Colonized Distributor gear. If running this cam with solid roller lifters, 0.010 - 0.012in hot lash would work best.

Ran this cam with Elfin RV1943 Springs and 0.050in retainers on a stock 081 305 head. Way better option than a mild flat tappet for the added durability of factory roller lifters. It would roast the tires from a stop easily.
