Had piston problem with engine so I removed the camshaft. Has minor cosmetic flaws in a couple of lobes. It would not bother me to run it, but that is being stated and why it sold AS-IS. Truck had great performance and is a camshaft for the 5.3.

It has 3 bolt upper timing gear. Please see pictures.
